Lemonise the heat

HERE IS a simple drink to beat the heat.
Ingredients: Lemon; chilled water (can be substituted with chilled sugarcane juice or tender coconut water); ginger 10 gm; cardamom 1 clove; one mint leaf; add sugar and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer for 3 minutes.
Always use long glassware instead of steel tumblers.
Sip slowly. Do not use plastic straws.
To a 50 ml citrus juice 300 ml water or sugarcane juice or coconut water can be added.
Use sugar and salt only if necessary. Better have it bland.
