The Hangman's Death

"DID YOU check his temperature?"
"Yes. Perfect at 37.0 degree Celsius."
"Blood pressure?"
"Excellent at systolic 90 and diastolic 90."
"Sugar level?"
"The post-meal glucose level is less than 10 mmol/L (180 mg/dL) and the fasting plasma glucose is 5 mmol/L (90–130 mg/dL)."
"Cholesterol?"
"Total blood cholesterol level is less than 200 mg/dL. HDL is a healthy 64 mg/dL and LDL 99 mg/dL."
"Amazing. Weight?"
"Shows a Body Mass Index of 25. Cannot be more perfect."
"Is he tensed?"
"A 12-lead electrocardiogram shows no signs of myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, cardiac murmurs, syncope, seizures, or cardiac dysrhythmias."
"What is he doing now?"
"Talking about life and death."
"Is it auspicious time now?"
"Dakshinayana (Sun moves towards south over Earth) has begun. Today is Krishnapaksha and night too. Considered the most inauspicious time to die."
"Good. Hang him NOW. Perfection is the most crude form of crime."
The hangman tightened the torque. Checked the temper of the ligature. The knot of the noose was placed at the left side of HIS neck, under the jaw.
He ensured that the jolt to the neck at the end of the drop is enough to break or dislocate his neck bone called the axis, which, in turn should sever the spinal cord.
And he kicked the stool.
He was the last hangman available.

Hangman was slightly on the higher side of BMI. Close to 20 is recommended. Looks like you plagiarized the hangman's training manual:-)
